Open up the load/save screen, highlight the 'file:' field or the folder in the top right hand corner of the screen and hit open window. This will bring up the folder and all it's contents etc. Use the cursor keys/arrows to navigate through the zip disk and hit 'new folder' (F5) to make a new folder.
The manual will answer alot of these questions and comes in handy if you're stuck.
