expansion cards for Roland jv880 help..

yes I've read the manual. some people may have been able to find it, but I wasnt...

can someone tell me how to set up my 880 to read the expansion card i installed? i put the card in a long time ago and have been trying to figure out how to use the sounds.

may be an easy question but i havent figured it out. thanks for any help.

either im just reading too fast or its not there. and it has to be there, but i cant find it. thnks though

when i put ROM expansions in my old proteus rack, they just showed up and the sounds were automatically available. its a diff piece of kit i know, but im thinking if you cant fid it in the manual, maybe its just not there and you actually dont need to set anything up..? just hazarding a guess, but are you sure you got the ROM installed correctly?

i think so....it didnt look like you had to do more then just pop it in. but ill check and see. im sure it has to be in the manual but i just cant find it... thanks dfens

i think you have to load the patches from the utility menu or something like that.
