I kno this is very newbish of me, but I want to know how to load my samples to my MPC2000XL, connect them to my pc. and all of that. I have no idea what wires to use to connect it to my pc. I have a feeling that it goes through the SCSI but i don't kno where to get the wires to connect that to my PC.....

Wow...................

Well i figure i had better help before they smash you.Check it,the mpc(xl) can not be connected to the computer via scsi because it's not supported. You will need to use the ins and outs between the mpc and soundcard.

Depending on how you want to do this use a 1/4 to 1/8 cable and you should be o.k.1/8,soundcard out into the mpc in with the 1/4.

Welcome to the fam.

Or you could install a card reader like many of the people on this forum (check the MPC 2000XL forums for info) and have one on oyur computer and transfer files like that if you want.
