does any one know a simple way to to import wav files burned from a cd into mpc 2000xl to recognize?i'm using windows xp and i don't have an intenal zip drive. i just wanna get my samples from my pc to my mpc.

someone please help!

hi

so easy dude. cause the xl version can read direct from cd !! including folders

just get a external-cdrom-drive and connect it with your mpc ...put the cd in...and load the sound you are looking for.

if you don“t have a cd rom ....just copy the wavs on a floppy disk an put it in your mpc floppy drive ..enjoy. =)

Make sure you burn your cd's as data and not audio format coz the MPC cant read standard audio cd's. Just .wav.

You could also just connect the computer to the mp.Or use a c.d. players' headphone outs to the mp in and sample straight from the disk.
