how do u save sample to.....

how do u save ur samples so they come up when u play one of ur songs??
i save my samples and my seq's and my song but the sample i always have to load and re edit!!!

I owned the 1k awhile back but i dont use it now so i dont really remember the correct saving format so that everything loads up as before. But i know on the 2k you save the program(it saves mixer settings, params,ect...) and you save the sequence. I then load up the sequence and the programs and everything is working for me as before.
