NEED HELP REGARDING MY MPC WITH THE REST OF THE STUDIO

OK im very new to music production so i dont really know much but i know i wanted to invest in an mpc 2500 so i got it now been using it a while and i feel very limited for one reason and i dnt know what to do
my set up is
M-AUDIO BX8 Moniter Speakers
Alesis MultiMix Firewire 16
Novatiln 61key Xstation Keyboard
Technics 1200 mk2
All i wanna know is how to i turn what i make in the mpc into a sequencer on my computer the only reason im intrested in doing this at the moment cause i wanna add sounds off my sampletank into my tracks or even some of the instruments used in reason HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THIS PLZ HELP!! and i heard that u can sync your mpc to reason if someone knows about that plz tell me thanks

try again. it works fine. just hit the refresh button on your browser if nothing happens on megaupload. i checked it last night and even downloaded it again to be sure.

i just checked it again and it still works fine. the problem could be that when you havent been on megaupload's website for a while, you'll get an error page that just needs to be refreshed. i know it's been a while since i've been on that site, so that's what was happening to me. but since i've been checking it a few times from last night, i'm not having any problems at all. let me know if you still have any problems (and describe what you see), so i can help you out if you need.

I was trying to watch this for a while and didnt get no joy but it works fine if you just refresh the page like dude jus suggested. THANKS AGAIN

No need to transfer your sequence to your computer...just SYNC the two devices together....

OK im gonna connect my mpc to my keyboards midi out but midi cables cant carry sounds can they?? so how am i supposed to record the instruments im using in reason into my mpc like on the video

i think my man distortedtekno has got most of the answer written on the top right of his mock up mpc screen!
