Help, How do i start upp my akai s900?

i just got a akai s900, but there is a problem, when i turn it on! all the 8 red lights are glowing. and nothing happens. i think i need a startuppdisk. but where can i get one or create one?

ps:

i heard that when you get a s900 startuppdisk, you can store the startuppinformation on the sampler. but it seems that the person i buyd it from havent done that.

help!

is the display blank?

maybe you need the OS?
