Can you get samples from a one turntable, not 2 + a mixer like usually?

Do you need a extra pair of speakers for the mpc or do you have to take out the speakers in you computer and plug into the mpc?

yes

you coud use your computer speakers if you were on a budget or you can also connect you mpc to the line in of your home stereo or just use some headphones.
