I've been trying to get this figured out for hours now and have searched through the forum & both manuals. What I'm trying to do is record tracks using my micron with the sounds from within the micron. I have them doin' the "midi handshake" and I have the audio out from the micron going to the record in on the mpc(which I think is only used for record mode). If anyone could tell me what connection or setting I have mistaken it would be much appreciated. I'm able to record the synth, but I would like to play it naturally during a track. Thanks in advance.

I think I might be trying to do the impossible. The samples I think need to be saved in the MPC...but if this is the case, what are the techniques some of you are using to record your synths? I was trying to keep it between my MPC and Micron but it looks like I'm gonna have to record directly into Cubase. Sorry if this seems retarded but this is my first experience using a keyboard with it's own sounds.
