zip drive to cd rom cable/beginner setup?

What up?! Im not too sure if this is a universal hardware question but here I go; Does anyone know where I can get the cable to connect my zip drive to my cd rom, and what its called? Also, how capable is a 100mb zip disk at storing data from an mpc 2000xl (ie can I typically save one project or multiple projects)?

Also, am I pretty much set hardware wise to begin rookie productions? Ive got the mpc 2000xl, mixer, receiver, speakers, technic 1200, vestax 06 pro, cd rom drive, and zip drive. Any recommendations?
