if you have an MPC1000 you don't need any cables, just sample the main outs.

I dont have any other equipment. I just want to be able to sample the song I made on the mpc to the mpc.

So if I hit play on the mpc how would I record that as a wav file to my mpc? You understand what I mean or no?

follow me

create the sequence

MODE

RECORD

change "analog" to "main outs" on the record screen

hit record(F5?)

hit play on your MPC

it will record it as a wav file and save it as a new wav file.

beam it over to the pc using USB mode with a USB cable

got it?
