sync pro tools problem

ay eswerve thanks...yea i am usin the m-audio type pro tools with a fast track usb pro interface....the pro tools came off the website but did not come with the fast track...dies that help knowin wat im doin wonrg? and ther like 30 ins and outs on the mic like 1 mono 2 mono and then there buses 1-2 all the way to like 20

Are you using the demo version of protools? And for the 30 ins/outs you're talking about, I'm assuming your talking about in PT right? It does say the fast track is compatible with PT M-powered. Did you select the hardware audio device in the PT preferences? I'm not sure how it is with the PT M-powered because there are a lot of interfaces you can use with it. But as it goes, you need to have your PT set up to use the Fast Track then make sure your armed track is set to receive from the Fast Track. When you play back your MPC, through the Fast Track, w/o recording, can you hear it? Do you have your outs on your MPC going into the fast track or your monitors?
