A little embarassed that I had to come to the getting started page for this question but ive been rockin the 1k hard since February and still don't know the answer.

I usually make a beat and save entire memory (samples, pgms and all) into a folder (thank god for the hard drive).

But when I want to load up a new beat (another entire memory folder) I usually hit the program directory max (error)and have to reboot and load from blank.
There must be a way I can get around this reboot- Can't i just clear the current memory, start from scratch, and be able to load up another beat?!

thanks

on the 2k its like this

goto PROGRAM screen, highlight the program name and hit open window > delete > delete all pgms or something like that

goto TRIM screen, highlight sound name and hit open window > delete > delete all or something

not in front of my machine so i dont know the exact wording. im sure its pretty similar?
