The past like 2 months I have not made EVEN ONE BEAT!!! I have been waiting to get new equipment, cause I hate using FL Studio... Is that an unreasonable amount of time to not make beats for a reason like that?

new equipment will not necessarily kickstart your urge to create beats (although I certainly agree bad tools will destroy it!)

dont trip i went through the same shit after i dropped FL. I went beatless for bout 2 months then i got my mpc. I just listened to alot of music and watched as many mpc beatmaking videos as i could.

I got my MPC recently, at the moment I've not got the space to set it up properly or the equipment or furnature to set it up so I can hear the speakers or mix down my tracks, it is all on order and will hopefully be here by the weekend :D

But back to the question, even though it quite uncomfortable for me to make beats and hard to hear what I'm doing at the moment I've been keeping on doing things even though it's quite easy to dissmiss it until "the new equipment arrives". I've made a few loops, even and couple of tracks and when I've just not got the motivation I load up a kit and bash out some beats because my timing and ability to bash out interesting beat is seriously lacking and needs practice....my advice is just have fun and do a bit something just to keep the interest levels up ;)

grab a freeware copy of reaper and work on looping samples
