ok so when i chop a sample i hit new program yes and its all on my A pads but then i go 2 chop another sample it puts those chops over top the ones i alrede have
how do i not do that and put those new chops onto different pads than the ones i alrede have chops on

did you try switching banks before chopping?

I understand that you tried chopping through Zone option and that you have created a new program doing that.
As far as I tried this technique,it always puts the new program in the first DRUM setting.

Try this:

Chop some samples, assign them to the pads. When you're in the main window you should end up with program 1 being onm track 1...switch to track 2...chop some samples...now programe 2 is on track 2...and program 1 is still on track 1...
I think when you've tried to chop the other sample that it didn't reassign the samples, it just switched the program.

Anyways, try it.
