got a mpc500 internal mem formatted

1.How do I get a new one to get myself started,or can I make my own program to start of,if so,how?
2.cannot create a sequence at all,does this refer to Q1

I basically wanna know if its possible to create a track with no program as my own from the internal memory got wiped out....

Can I atleast use samples only?
or where can I get the program to reload to the mpc?

You do need a program to create a sequence. Your samples must be assigned to a program b4 you can use 'em in a track. This is so basic i'm sure your manual will tell you how to do this step by step.
