Has anyone sucessfully used the MPD16 with Acid Pro? I am considering purchasing an MPD but I have heard a lot of mixed feelings about it.

Do yourself a faveor and grab yourself an mpd 24. You will be much happier.

Really? Why? I have been hearing the only issues with the MPD16 is the the lack of pad response and connectivity to certain softwares and not the lack of features. Do you know if the MPDs and MPCs share the same pads? If so, I'm assuming the people who wrote the negative reviews just didn't have their machine configured correctly cuz I have used MPCs before and the pads work like magic.
