Ahight so ive been recording tracks via cubase and i can do fine (i guess) recording the audio. But when i go to record my midi track in the song there is a delay. So the beat is offset when i use cubase and my vst (proteus vx) but if i just use proteus by itself and no cubase its fine. how do i go about fixing this?

In some recording programs there is a midi delay/latency compenastion option. Don't know if cubase has it. I use ableton live 6 and it's got it.
