Heres the deal, im trying to Record from my keyboard to my mpc2000xl.
i can record fine on the turntables but i wannna record some samples from my keyboard.
question is there is no more qtr to qtr slots i can use to record from my keyboard unless i unhook my turntable slots ..
is there a way to hook up all 3 at once instead of unplugginng the keyboard and turntables every time i wanna record..

im not familiar with the 2000 i have one set of rcording jacks on my 1000 so i just unplug and replace. You could by a patchbay to make things quicker and easier and they don't cost a huge deal. Bummer is i just sold one know i think i need another or depending on what ins and outs u have on your mixer

My 2 cents

Yeah, just a simple mixer will do. I'm using a bigger one, cause I have two devices to sample to and some sources to sample from. Anyway, before you buy any mixer, make sure that in the near future you're not going to need more inputs that it actually has.
