MPC 1000 with FireBox interface on a macbook pro

What latency setings you guys have?
I work with an mpc1000 firebox interface on a macbook pro,runing Ableton Live 6.

i have the same setup except not a pro, just a normal core 2 duo macbook.

i've never noticed any latency with my firebox. what kind of latency are you getting?

are you using the firebox for midi too?

i used to have problems with using my firewire 1814 for audio and midi at the same time so i got in the habit of using a midisport usb for midi, so im not really running midi through the firebox.
