Which one!? WHY?

So tomorrow, i will finaly be joining you guys with my first MPC. However, im not sure which to purchase.

Im about to buy an MPC 2000xl for 700.

However, i was just wondering what the difference between the mpc 2000xl and the 1000 are. What are benefits, or disadvantages of the different models?

Also, the guy im buying it from says he upgraded the mpc2000xl to 128 seconds of sample time, but there arent "8 outputs on the back"

Should i be worried about this? What does that even meen?

I can purchase an mpc 1000 or mpc 2000xl right now. Which one should i choose, and why?

Put in some more homework.. know what ur actually buying.. things like the 8 outputs is kinda simple to understand and obvious in the first place, as obvious as the reasons a stereo would have twin tape decks and the advantages of that compared to just 1 single one... think about it.

Sounds like u dont really know what ur about to purchase.. u should wait a lil and understand a lil more first before making the desicion.

yea check the MPC Comparisons thread, you will find plenty mpc 1000 vs mpc 2000xl threads. read up before you buy. dont rush into it
