im having trouble recording midi from my Roland Juno G to my Mpc1000... i have the midi cables setup and i have mpc set to midi.. but wen i tryn play the keys after i hit record it doesnt record the midi signal.. put if i press the pads i can hear the sounds from my keyboard play back .. i think it might b a setting in the keyboard but i cant figure it out for the life of me .. cuz one thing i tried was i took the keyboard out of Usb Midi mode and as soon as i did that the mp begin recognizing the keys that i wud press.. but then as soon as i pressed a key it wud trigger a whole bunch of other keys and jus make one loud noise that wudnt stop unless i unplugged my midi cables... any help?
