just got my mpd24

Ok so Im new to this but I love it so dont give me shit...I bought an mpd24 and I installed the cd it comes with but its not showin up on my comp.. I also have fruityloops 7.0 but I cant seem to get this thing to work...any1 some1 please help meee

had the same exact problem few days ago.

It wouldn't show after driver installation. I updated frimware on the mpd to 1.07. Most of them ship with 1.05 I think. Updating firmware was little tricky too, basically it stopped halfway thru upgrading.

Leaving me with mpd without an operating system. I did manage to update it using mac computer just fine. After that the mpd finally showed up in midi menu. Only it didnt show as mpd24, but USB DEVICE, USB DEVICE 2, and USB DEVICE 3. Hope this helps

yea i finally got it all set up mine says usb usb1 usb 2 also...noww i only have piano keys I need some drums in this
