mpc 2500 and nothing else ?

whats up fam , i was wondering could i use the 2500 and just monitors for now .i plan on getting a mac in a couple of months. i know i could get a mpc 1000 cheaper but after playing with both i like the 2500 pads better, and note im buying a used mpc2500 and oh yeah i wont be using any keyboard sounds.

Hell yeah you can. You can use it with just headphones if you want. If you're not using a keyboard, you'll need something to sample, like records. But, assuming you already have samples in your MPC you can make music with just your MPC and headphones/monitors.

yeah i really thought so . the main reason i ask cause i dont have a computer right and i love the swing on the mpc's . i hate keyboard beats . all i want is a pc 2500 maxed out and good computer with protools. i hear people talk about the mv8000 but ican hear a difference in the swing which i dont like and i dont need all those features when im gonna get a mac
