Sample Span across all pads

I will probably get the RTFM here but....

Is there a quick function which would allow me to take say a 10 second sample and span it across the pads hit hit / chop points. Sorry to be vague but the asr10 has the facility where the entire keyboard can be used to playback parts a 1 sample. I just wondered if there was a quick method of getting this done?

Terminology etc may be incorrect but if anyone knows it would be much appreciated.
