Samples off internet into MPC?

How does one go abotu takign samples found online and putting them into their MPC? I've found some great links on this website, like this one:

...that provide TONS of quality samples, but i dont understand how i can put them onto the MPC? do you just need to plug a usb cord from the mpc to the computer? or do you need some sort of editing software?

as long as the files are the right kind of WAV files... you should be able to plug in your mpc to your computer with the USB cable and then just drag the files onto either your flashcard or hard drive. simple as that.

don't forget that to get your mpc to show up on your computer, you need to MOUNT it first... this is all covered in the manual.

ok, thanks, yeah i dont have mine yet...so i havnt looked into a manual, or tried to find one online to read...
