I use MPC3000 with COUNT IN Button when start rec.
Where is in Mpc4000?? around metro?

In the main seq page...highlight the metronome then hit the orange "window" button. There you'll see whatever options pertaining to count in & click sound.

yo im sorry for askin this man...


but how would you be able to turn your metronome into lets say a Snare (like bands,drummers use)

i understand so far that you hit the orange button at the metronome in the Main seq Page... and then u would switch it to Part?? where you have your Sample assigned ... but im lost at this point if u could guide me thanks bro...

im tired of that Click click click and i dont even wanna play to that cheesy pop

How can you not understand parts? That is a key concept you need to understand to get ANY sound out of this box. Not to be rude, but it is time to read the manual a few times when you don't understand the machine's basic concepts or you will constantly be confused.

If you can't figure that out, just drum out your kick snare pattern on a track and turn off the metronome. A metronome is always going to sound cheesey with its set pattern (regardless of the sound assigned), just get something down, turn it off, and move on.
