I have a MPC-2000 and have a few samples loaded. I would like to hit pad A13, then hit pad A14...causing the first pad(A13) to stop playing. How can I do this?
Tried the 'search', but found nothing specific to this question.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

ghostlywhitemachines, there are no mute groups on the 2k classic.

2k manual, pg 105.

Thanks for the response. I used to have a 3000 and couldn't remember how to do this. Didn't know that the 2000 didn't even have this feature. Oh well, time to dust off the ole' SP-1200!
Again, thanks for the info.

No doubt, help is always appreciated. 8)

Some things are universal to mpc's, some are not. Mute groups is one of the "nots", lol.
