The RCA go to the mixer and the 1/4" to the MPC...

Mixer connects on the (output or Record) and the MPC connects in the (input).

Page 193 2kxl manual tells you what cables can be connected to the 2kxl.

Look for a similar page in your mixer manual that tells you exactly what cables to use.

Get it done.

thats if he is using a DJ mixer
