The Song Mode is fine but the converted sequence is wrong

Hi everyone,
I am asking you guys for some help, my problem is as follow:

I have 2 sequences and when I put them one after the other in the Song Mode (or screen if you prefer) everything is OK.
But once I convert it to one sequence, it doesn't play the second sequence as it should (on top of that it play a hit hat track that is supposed to be mute).

Can you plase give me some advice ?


P.S (going into details) : this has happenned to me before when I was making another beat, I did find a way around it but I just can't remember what solution I found. I can only recall that it involved renaming something like the track names (the programs and samples are the same for the 2 sequences), I actually decided to rename out of desperation...
