Filtering.

My conversion to hardware production has been kinda recent and I'm constantly comparing using software production environments to my MP and other equipment.

One of the things I was wondering about was filtering. Is there any way to filter a sample (like, sampling a melody and putting it through an equalizer that only keeps its low-end)? I use an MPC1000 with the JJOS.

How long exactly did you use your 1000 you said?

I've had it a couple months, used it between 5-10 times. Why do you ask?

Because I imagine by then you should have figured out how to use the filters on it....damn, you should actually have stumbled upon them by chance already.

Tip: have a look at your Programs Filter page...dunno how JJ calls that though.
