How do u rate the quality of the behringer ms40 digital monitors?

Any good? or pretty cheap monitors?

Want to know b4 I go out and make a purchase!! Just seen them for cheap so want to know if there gud or not.

Sup homie. Just remember, people buy behringer for the price not the quality....overall their gear is cheap at best. Just my 2 pennies.

behringer makes some ok entry level active crossovers (wxcept flimsy pots and buttons, but it's a crossover so who cares)

but stay far away from their effects and their mixers. their mixers dont sound good at all. (I know this from a guy i know who bought one and was pissed off and sold it before eventually getting a mackie 24 channel 8 bus)

on the same note of cheap monitors, i was looking at alesis 520's. I am going to test them out eventually, but has anyone tried them out?
