can anyone recommend a good keyboard to help assist me with my mpc, something thats reasonable price, not too big,thats it gonna take up loads of room etc
Its quite a general question mate. Its like saying can anyone suggest what the best girl is to shag? It all depends.... on you!!!!!! and what music you want to make, what budget you have, how you want to use the keyboard wether you want to use a sound module try Yamaha Motif, with the MPC... via google i see what yu get mate.
Some good synths you may want to research however are Moog little Phatty, Micro Korg or I like using Reason 4 as a sound module because it gives you 1milllion and one synths in your pc but controlled by the mpc (if you googled mpc 1000 with reason it might enlighten you) in which case you'll need a controller keyboard like and oxygen 8 and ofcourse......or you could go crazy and check the search function on this site or Google!
