how to use vst in fl studio with mpc1000

I just bought my mpc1000 i have an mbox2 (not pro), m-audio controller and fl studio 8 i have tons of vst that i was using in fl studio and i wanna know can i use the sounds to sequce on mpc? i have all the motif sounds triton and fanton sounds all saved in fl studio format i wanna know is there a way i can play those sounds in fl i guess as the host and have them routed to mpc so i can sequece in mpc i seen a guy doing it with reason sounds on youtube i wanna know is it possible with fl studio?

send the selected channel to a mixer channel in fl

route that channel out of your audio interface via 1/4" cables or s/pdif

go to the record window and record the midi performance
