which mpc and other equipment

hi
I'm new here and wants to produce hip hop Beatz.
I've thought a mpc to buy.
The only question is what should I get ... and what should I have to do (for example: spaekers, headphones synthesizer, etc.) in order to produce good Beatz. I also work with good equipment and not only "cheap" shit I'm grateful to have any help

I thought to buy the akai 2500 mpc and a cork microKorg synthesizer ... and a few sample cds .... and the akai K 271 headphones ... what do you mean ... ?

Yea really...that's a too generic question. "I want to make hip-hop beats, what do I need?"
Nobody can answer that to you. Read a lot, learn a lot, and start small.

be careful - its just as easy to make ideas sound good on a 1000 as it is with a 2500 - the workflow pattern will be a little different thats all.

what im saying is - its not just in the equipment - its in the creativity - buy a 2500 will all the trimmings by all means but it does not guarantee that it would be the best choice for you.

to really get to grips with how an mpc works - i'd go for a 1000, and take it from there. If you like using the mpc format you can get another model easily enough. the stuff i do is more r & b / vocal based with some hip-hop, and I found that 'downgrading my 1000 to a 500 was the best thing I ever did (more portability etc.)

good luck - but if you havent used an mpc before - i'd consider starting with a 1000
