recording problems

Im got an mpc 2k xl with a m-audio uno interface an im trying to record into sound forge 8 an it is not working. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME OUT?

Isn't the Uno just a MIDI interface?

I was going to extend a hand too until I re-read dudes post. And I know sf8 isn't known for its midi friendly capabilities if you ask me.

Is it audio that you're trying to record? And is it a fact that you're wanting to sync or something too? Give us a viable breakdown of what it is you wanna do.

Basically man, Im just trying to figure out how to get my finished beat to get recorded to my computer so ill be able to get them on cd.

That's why we try to get the user to eventually figure things out on their own. You learn better and get more out of it.
