help me please i am scarred my emax will one day brake.....

And my genius may not flow so smoothly thru just a sampler.

Note: the emax is not a sampler, Its an instrument that is on par with a fender rhodes or 1970 jazz bass.

and they only made 3000 of them.

I dont know what i will do if it brakes....

Makes me sad just thinking of it

I would also say that the s900 is an excellent sampler.

I had one a while ago and foolishly sold it. However i am glad in a way as i hate having piles of gear.

I prefer just the minimum.

However the last year i have been using software. I started using reason and had bought a padKontrol and some other stuff.

Reason is awful. Its sound is dreadful. So i moved over to pro tools and just using plugins.

Pro tools and the NI sampler plugin i have is better. But....

I view it like this. The music i make on the computer is ok/good.

But not amazing. Its hard to come up with sounds. It seems like i am really searching for a nice musical sound on the computer.

However recently i swicthed the emax on. I have to say. I really enjoy the process a lot more then using a computer.

It feels like sampling. Where as using Pro tools to cut bits out of Aiff files seems like a labour.

Also on the emax the sound just comes out "right". I have to put in very little to get so much out.


The only other machine i can think of anywhere nearly this good is an s900.

I love the akai sound.


However i am totally sold now. The time i spent on the computer was good i guess.

I have done all my engineering study. I dont look at it as time wasted as i have learned a lot from working with those lesser sounds.

Also i do pro tools is great for mixing.


So the only thing i need to do now is buy an mpc for sequencing. I think i will get mpc 500. As i only need 1 midi in/out.

But i would consider a mpc60. I would like to know from someone how much diffrence their is between the feel of an mpc 60 and the new range.


Also are the new akais different sound wise to the s3oooxl series of samplers.

4. No good music Has been made for about 10 years now.

I use an akai sampler (s2000 to be exact)... so again ur chattin sh!t.

U been egotistical since u came here... but diff is with u its all talk and no music to back up ur nonsense.

Folks, I think weez got a real fake azz imposter on this forum. All talk, nothing to back it up. My suggestion to you would be to put down the music and take up an english course or two, your spelling is very bad.
