MPC 1000 +Cubase 6 help (Cubase doesnt record sound from mpc

This is almost too obvious, but make sure your monitor is switched on for the track. (The little speaker icon)

thanks for the reply but i checked and i made sure the monitor was clicked and it still doesnt record to cubase .... whatdo you think the problem is?

User error or equipment issues... there's nothing else it can be.

Assuming you have all the connections set up correctly and an audio track armed and ready for recording, it's not easy to give any more advice.
