Thanks a lot man. Although this is only the beginning I'm sure.

Would you say that the MPC is pretty easy to use once you get a little more familiar with it? How long does it take to get a good overall understanding of all the main features?

yes? then not long.

the mpc has to be one of the easiest pieces I've ever learned. No lie. The manual is a good thing to read thru. it can answer a lot of basic questions.

theres lots of buttons, but once you get used to pressing them you know where they are after a while. it becomes second nature and soon you'll be pressin and punchin and hittin and bangin shi* out wit no problem. one thing thats good to know is the Open Window button. just about everything you can highlight has another window under that. press that button and you get more menus/options.

give it a little time, you'll be fine. trust :)


oh yea.......1 more thing

Read Read Read. that gotta be the best advice i can give you. You find some information having to do with music , studio equipment , tips man read about it. and this site is a good place to start :wink:

I was JUST about to say the EXACT same thing. Open Window is like gold inside of gold.
