tic u alright but nothing compared to heatmakers i dont care how many chipmunk beats they made them shets is ill, sonically u not on their level. again very decent ill chopping skills and all that but heatmakers have a couple of anthems. just my opinion

The sample used in that video is The Dramatics - Friends No More.

The name of the actual beat is simply "Heatmakers - Smack DVD Beat"

I'm assuming that no one bought it or tried to use it. I dont see how someone would anyway. Its damn near impossible to rap over that beat.
