don't get so defensive man, it's obvious that what i'm saying is you get what you pay for, telling someone not to give makes & models a second thought isn't sound advice, especially if he's on a budget

reverting to the anecdote of "gear doesn't make good music" is missing the point

Well, i just want stuff that last, and sounds good. Not something crappy, i gotta replace within a month, you know what i mean?

My budget is prolly.. 1000... maybe 2000$.. =)

My instinct is that if you A/Bed it with a dense mix, you'd probably notice a crisper high end on the A&H, and the behringer would sound a little 'compressed'. But I can't prove it .

But anyway, it wouldn't be such a big deal.
