my MPC Tao/Zen for the day:

yestereday..i was depressed to the extreme.. turned off the music in my car..self esteem down..wanted it all to end..so i got home from karate at 8:00 ..no dinner..closed my door..went to sleep..!!! woke up and feel soooo much better..sometimes u got to sleeep!!
