I just got an MPC 1000, and I'm trying to make full songs in song mode so I can play songs all the way through. I understand recording in sequences and having them play in a certain order in song mode, but I'm not sure what the best/easiest way to record is. I'd like to make a sequence, then keep everything from a previous sequence into a new one just to add a new sound, without having to re-record everything from sequence 1 into sequence 2 just to add that other sound.
Also, what's the best/cheapest/free way to download drum sounds?
