wassup guys. new to the board and just got a MPC-2500. Got pretty much all the basics down. I havent sampled anything yet since I just got it so right now im just messing with these weak ass pre-programmed kits it came with. Anyways since im waiting for my RAM upgrade, I just wanna seperate the sounds on the pre-programmed kits. How do I put all the kicks together to one program, snares, hi-hats etc. so I dont gotta keep switching different programs to hear different kicks. any help will be appreciated. thanks in advance.

Hi! Hope you enjoying using your MPC.

Sampling is what the MPC is best at! I couldn't wait to sample when i got mine. I sampled something 1st thing! Have you got a turntable to sample from?

You can create a new program and load whatever samples you want onto the pads.
Why would you want to put all kicks to one program and snares to another?
It would be easier to put kicks into one bank snares in another, etc and make your own kits instead of having a program that is like a collection of kicks.
