when tracking out your beats.. what volume do you guys track

out at?? im really new to tracking out, but i notice like the dynamics of my sound change alot.. i notice in my daw when the levels get close to bearly just bearly touching the red they change in and out so i was wondering

what volume do u guys track out at ..


is it -10, -5
