MPc1000 + midi Controller + motifRack

hey Can i hook my m audio midi controller to my mpc 1000 along with a motif rack? record a midi track from motif rack into my 1000 and than make that midi track into an audio track into the 1000 from the inputs? and if so How?.....i hope you guys can understand what im trying to say..lol..i think its possible but idk how i can connect everything together..

before anybody flames you about using the search.
hook up your controler to input 1. output A goes to your motif in. when you lay down the motif track put it on midi and select the chanell on the mpc. once you have the track down just change chanells and keep going.
anything you want to record as audio into the mpc will have to go to your daw first. then just drag and drop it back into the mpc and assign it to an audio track.

OO ok thas coo..i was tinking of that i jus wanted to see if i can do it with out my DAW
