The "Now Bars" (etc 002.04)

i cant **** figure out how when making a drum loop, or an actual song with samples... to have it longer than just 2 full bars?! it goes from 001.01 to 002.04...

oh man this is FRUSTRAAATTTTIIIINGGGGG, could anyone help?.. stupid question i know, and beleive me ive looked through the manual, probably missed it, and im lost about it.

In the main menu there should be a place where it says "Bars:" use the cursors to get to it and use the wheel to select how many bars u want.

ok, but when i go to a new sequence, i cant change them..

i only can from sq 1-4, that are the ones in the mpc already, for a new sequence i cant... wtffffffff
