Set UP!!! Abelton Live 7...HOOK MPC up??????????

Well I Have Ableton Live7 and I want to Hook up my MPC1000 TO it,the Set Up,basically

I want where I have 5 bars playing.Loop on...I im Freely Hit any of the 16 pads when ever. With this Record to show it on Ableton screen....Or will I have to Make it all,then save.Load MEmory Card to Computer,take the BEat mix out, Open it in Ableton the play...

What i really want is to Have ableton REcord Wut im playing on (MPC)

Can you use the MPC to control sounds in Ableton? I am using the MPC1000.
