Just Got the MPC 500... Now I Need Some Questions Answered..

Alright i just got this 500, so far i been usin Reason 4 and an M-Audio O2. The 500 is already hooked up to my turntable so i can sample and what not but is there anyway i can load of the .SEQ to my laptop, for some reason i cant get files or sequences i make on the 500 to my laptop. Is there some kind of program i could use or somethin?

sequence is not audio, either track it out track by track, or (i dont have a 500 by the way) or resample the main outputs (record the audio back into itself )

to get files /sounds from 500 to pc. two options: 1/ record out from 500 into record in on soundcard/pc. 2/ resample your beats - if you have a two bar kick drum pattern, resample that as a single wav file. then use usb to drag wav files from 500 to pc. 500 has usb, right?
