Mackie Onyx 1220 vs Mackie 1402-VLZ3 Mixer?!

Im off to musicstores to buy one of those mixers..im also gonna buy a micro korg and a talkbox..
What i need is your opinion and suggestion.. what should i buy?

I imagine the Mackie Onyx are superior to the VLZ series already because they have a more spacious casing, thus providing less opportunity for electrical interference between components. I have an Onyx 1620 and it's very nice.
